Shipping and Returns

All merchandise is made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify and their third-party production partners. Please review the following policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.
Shipping Policy
- Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days after fulfillment and are delivered within 5–12 business days within the U.S.
- We currently only ship within the United States.
- Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or high order volume.
- KiloCore is not responsible for delays, lost items due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or errors caused by the shipping carrier.
Fulfillment and Third-Party Services
All products are fulfilled through Printify’s third-party print providers. While KiloCore designs and sells the merchandise, manufacturing, printing, packing, and shipping are handled by independent partners. As such, fulfillment and shipping issues may be subject to Printify’s policies and production timelines.
Return & Refund Policy
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Delivery delays not caused by fulfillment or production errors
We will issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The item received is damaged, misprinted, or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was lost in transit, based on official shipping confirmation (if applicable)
To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos showing any damage or misprint
We will provide either a refund or a replacement, depending on the issue and your preference. Only one resolution will be issued per claim.
Shipping Fees & Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if a return or refund is approved—unless the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.
- Items incorrectly ordered by the customer (wrong size, style, or shipping info) are not eligible for a return or refund.
- You may be asked to provide proof (such as images) to verify the issue before approval.
Do Not Return Without Authorization
Do not send returns to the address listed on your package or directly to KiloCore. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return process if applicable.
